If you're a mix tape head, the name Recon-Struction rings more than a few bells. It's the title producer/DJ Vinroc gave to his late 90's sonic masterpiece. In my opinion, mixes like Recon-Struction are more important now than ever. They represent what is starting to become a forgotten time in rap music and hip hop culture.
